these two are gonna keep on bumping into each other, right. vegas will say the stars dictate this fate and i'm pretty sure aries will want to punch the stars. issue is, they keep on meeting each other during compromising situations? while aries is gently committing a crime, like, always. god, aries' thief cred is gonna be totally ruined by the big, burly gladiator-in-training with the dreamy pecs but i digress.

tbqh, drifting it out there that aries could have been tangentially involved in the fixed matches that gradually started julio's involvement in the gladiators somehow – tangentially emphasised, i suppose, as he's a thief. but to julio aries will have that “the one that got away” vibe ;) SO LET'S THREAD. Oh dang.... Okay I was trying to wait for you to fill out your plotter but I guess now's the time to leave replies. Anyway, I really think Bucky and Aries could get along because their attitudes are so similar. Like really similar. They're both apathetic people who use this lack of caring as a wall to mask their insecurity in themselves (Bucky with his failures and Aries with his... ?). Also, their histories are similar as well. Bucky joined Team Skull as a teen and Aries got involved with some baddies in his formative years as well.

So I was thinking maybe they were internet buddies while they both were doing criminal stuff but after a while stopped talking to each other? Then maybe Bucky is doing some hax or something on the Styx mainframe and finds information on him and is all "Oh shit." and messages him to meet up? Idk just spitballing ideas! From there they can be friends again orrrrrr something more if you want. Because I can totally picture Bucky just looking through profiles and stopping on his and being like "Wow he's hot." and then realizing who he is.
