Only (3) people may pick starters from the same evolutionary line as their starter Pokemon. For example, person A can have a Bulbasaur as their starter, person B can have an Ivysaur, and person C can have a Venusaur. Or they can all have Venusaurs. After that, no more Pokemon from the Bulbasaur line can be chosen as a starting Pokemon unless one character goes inactive. This is our alternative to a rare Pokemon list, since all Pokemon in Orre are rare.

You are responsible for making your own starting post. Please tag your wild thread with [mod]. Then you should link your wild encounter thread here. Staff will tag you when their post is up, and you will be rolplaying with staff to catch the Pokemon in the thread. You must knock out or incapacitate the Pokemon in some way, or they will simply knock the Pokeball aside. When you throw a Pokeball, type [ roll ] without the spaces. If your dice roll is less than 50, then you have successfully caught the Pokemon.

[attr="class","hatemyself"]Once a week, Pokemon can be bred at the Agate daycare. Assuming that you matched the correct egg groups, an egg is automatically obtained. You can then hatch your egg whenever you want.
You can breed your Pokemon with a friend's Pokemon if you wish, but both of those characters will use up their breeding allowance for the week. Make sure you discuss in advance who has custody of the baby.

[attr="class","hatemyself"]Arcadia is a statless Pokemon roleplay. Your Pokemon can evolve whenever they wish. If your Pokemon is location-dependent, then assume that they evolved in an appropriate board. Assume that all evolution items are obtainable through the Under's black market.
