[attr=class,"charplotinfo"] [attr=class,"plotsectiontitle"]friends Honestly, Vivian really does love people, she's just sorta...shy. Shy in a sort of 'i'm just going to stare at you and hope you talk to me' sort of shy...which turns into 'BEMYFRIENDPLS' sort of shy as she realizes she has no idea what to say to that person. Her social life is...sad - and she knows this. Still, the young woman would much rather be cooped up in her office and research area, sipping on coffee and angrily typing away about something. If someone's willing to put up with her social awkwardness and just...weirdness when it comes to people in general, then they'll find a caring, gentle person waiting underneath. Perhaps she needs a friend who can loosen her up a bit and teach her what sarcasm is and just...stop being a party pooper. Or maybe just someone who will...hug her. Please hug her. Funnily enough, her goodra may just drag her up to someone {or drag them up to her} since he wants for Vivi to have more friends - he really does.[break][break] Hell, maybe she finds herself trying to befriend a grumpy person. Who knows! True, she may befriend someone's pokemon faster than she'd befriend the person themselves {honestly she may even forget they're there}, but...she's still willing to try! Vivian is sensitive - so bear that in mind when trying to approach her. However, with her forgiving nature, it's not hard for her to forgive people, even if she really shouldn't. And bear in mind that she may occasionally drag you off on one of her sudden 'research adventures', [attr=class,"plotsectiontitle"]enemies While it's not in her nature to be mean or coldhearted {except when focusing on her work} it's not too uncommon for people to dislike her. True, she's sweet, but..perhaps she said your face looks like a slowpoke? It's supposed to be a compliment but...maybe it's not. Or maybe she tripped and spilled coffee on you? Sure she offered a rawst berry for the burns, but it still hurt like hell. There are some who may find her otherwise cowardly due to how easily frightened she is. Others may simply just see her inferior because of how weak she seems. Maybe some take joy in manipulating her feelings and how easy it is for her to trust others? Vivian herself tries not to make enemies, but, will not tolerate those who do harm to pokemon. While she may not have the courage to fight them about it, she may just....yell in their face? Possibly while tearing up. And saying pretty stupid, lame 'mean' things like namecalling or something. But no, she's downright serious. Just do know that if you displease Vivian - if you hurt Vivian, her pokemon do not forgive easily, and one of them especially has no problem in harming the ones who make her cry. You mess with the cutie pie and Silvally's gonna have a new chew toy. [break][break][attr=class,"plotsectiontitle"]romance Uhm....yeah, Vivian's had really limited experience with this. Her first kiss was the result of her tripping and falling onto her crush {via Momo}. The fall ended up knocking out the poor guy. Seldom does she hold hands with the other sex, let alone do anything more intimate with them. She calls herself the 'mistress of science'....only to fall into despair afterwards at how hopeless her love life is. Vivian herself doesn't exactly mind being alone...although, she does wonder what it'd be like to be with someone she could feel safe around - who she could feel loved around. If someone managed to crack her somewhat dense self and deal with her other weird problems - if someone managed to make her fall for them, they'd find that Vivian is very loyal as well as affectionate.[break][break] To her significant other, Vivian would be an adorable dork because she has no prior experience. She'd be the one to freak out and cry because she's not sure what flowers are appropriate for valentine's day or stay up all night to making chocolate for them and while waiting for them to come over, fall asleep in a cute little bundle. She's romantic, but as the same time, not, because she just isn't sure how to approach it, not to mention it'll take a bit before her face can stop looking like a tomato around said person - she gets flustered rather easily. |
