What's more exciting are the prizes on display.

Make a single IC post about your character gambling. It doesn't matter if they're playing cards, roulette, or the slots. Include a dice [ roll ] (remove the spaces). This dice roll represents your luck that night.

Zernebog heard about a casino from a friend. Normally, he wasn’t a man to gamble- oh who was he kidding? He gambled all the time, except not in that venue. He gambled through pokemon battles and explorations, but those were mostly calculated gambles where skill was a big part in winning. [break][break]
Still, he had gained some measure of fondness for these kinds of establishments… ironically after he had helped burn one down to the ground. Fond memories of a darker time and place, but that was in the past where it would stay dead and buried if he could help it. [break][break]
And to help bury the past, he was now here to gamble. Why? In the end, the question was ‘why not’? That was why he was at the roulette watching the wheel turn after all.

As the horn went blared across the track, the bipedal racers stampeded with energy. Sure, there were the horse races going on next door, but Bobby Kiss was a long time 'Mr.Handsome' fan and she didn't plan on stopping now. With her bidding tickets strung together like a bouquet, she whooped and cheered as the strutting Mr.Mime bee-lined around a Machoke.
"'Atta boy, Handsome! Make Mama rich and proud!" She cheered alongside the niche group of Mr.Handsome fans, barely heard over the roar of the Hulkulese fanbase that raved over the Nidoking in the lead. Whatever. His fancy horn and royal-sounding name was just for show anyways. Mr.Handsome was where it was at.
One of these days, that Mr.Mime was going to be treated as the star he deserved to be. And she was going to stay strong, rooting for him all the way to the top.

probably | june is only seventeen, but she was able to enter the casino regardless. there was a time back in unova when using a fake ID might have intimidated her. if she were in unova, it still would intimidate her. trying to pull such a cheap trick in a unovian casino would've been reckless.
orre was a different place. juniper knew all too well that the casino would happily take her money and deem her eighteen-- that is, if she never won. if she actually tried to leave with more money than she had brought in, it might be a different story.
regardless, june peered over her cards carefully, quietly attempting to count cards in her head.

The sounds of spinning wheels, people cheering at jackpots and crying in dispares at losing everything, all of which are common in the air of casino. Andrew took all of this in, the small amount of chips in his pocket where burning a hole. There was too many choices to chose from, the races, card and slots all call his name. ‘Well it is a casino,’ He thought to himself, sitting infront of the first empty slot he could find ‘Let luck decide.’ |

 it's not that easy,but, i've got high hopes Being at the casino, Vivian stuck out like a sore thumb. The only reason she came was because her boss wanted her to 'relax more'...which meant that he wanted her to stop being stuffed in her natural habitat a.k.a her office. She wandered about for a while until she called him, crying and claiming that she was 'horribly lost' and that 'this was horrible'. After getting her to calm down, he recommended her...well, here. A casino of some sort. For the past hour, the blonde haired young woman had sat in a corner, trying to guess the blood type of various people as they passed by - a pastime game of hers....A nerdy pastime game of hers.
She had even been offered a drink...Of course Vivian declined and asked for a 'Moomoo milk' instead....which resulted in her being stared at like a crazy woman by the server. Funnily enough, she was brought her milk and was still in her little corner, sipping on it. Should she talk to someone? No...no that seemed too complicated.
Eventually, the gathering of people caught the young woman's eye...was that cards? She had never really played them but..it was a child's game, wasn't it? She shyly approached the table, and after 20 minutes of standing to the sideline and slowly wriggling herself into the playing circle. With that done, the girl began to play. "I...I'm sure the term for it isn't 'go magikarp' or 'articuno'...so..uhm...strike?" She said as she laid out her cards.
