Caught In The Storm
The silence within the van was palpable, and it annoyed Joseph to no end. Joseph was itching for a conversation, but he knew his place within the Cipher hierarchy and made the smart choice not to engage in small talk before the mission. In the back of the moving van were five other Cipher grunts chosen to secure some 'goods' for Cipher. Due to the questionable methods they decided that this mission would take place under the cover of nightfall. The leader of the operation was Danny Loveless, otherwise known as Troop Platoon Leader Loveless.
"Up 'an at 'em. We're approachin' the destination," Leader Loveless called out from the driver's seat of the normal moving van. Leader Loveless' sliced through the silence like a hot knife going through butter. Every grunt was in standard Cipher uniform with white plastic knee guards, arm guards, torso armor, and even a matching helmet to fit. Within all the Grunts right forearm guard was a device that allowed the platoon to communicate on a secure Cipher network. Hanging from every Cipher member's waist was their own pokemon, and a Cipher issued gun. A few grunts, Joseph included, carried a fanny pack filled with devices that allowed them to complete their task with more efficiency. Joseph himself carried within him Red and Fuzzy, a Kecleon and Espurr.
When the back of the van opened all the grunts moved with purpose. Each grunt was paired in three teams of two members. One member of each team had the job of securing a route for them and their partners to escape down once the main aim of the mission had been accomplished. The other members secured the perimeter in and around the house and assisted Leader Loveless in loading the goods onto the van. Once completed Leader Loveless will take the goods and the three teams will merge with their respective partners. The whole platoon would then meet at the rendezvous point and go to Cipher HQ.
A 'plop' echoed throughout the desolate tunnel as Joseph summoned his Kekleon, Red. Joseph attached a tiny camera around the pokemon's zigzag. Joseph used Red for reconnaissance and since the species had the inability to camouflage the zig-zag on their torso Joseph instead attached a camera to it for efficiency.
"Red, start the reconnaissance," commanded Joseph as he pointed down the alleyway. With a nod the nigh undetectable pokemon scouted the area. Joseph watched through a Bluetooth monitor that he withdrew from his fanny pack.
"Time to unleash hell, Beatrice you go secure the upstairs. Robin, you 'an your Hypno go secure Dr. Winchester. Alexander, keep guard outside of Dr. Winchester residence 'an make sure no civilian interference happens. If anythin' happens silence them immediately. I'll go secure the information 'an research materials." The Cipher squad then moved to enter the through the front door. Alexander rendered the house's security mechanism null a few seconds after they arrived to the residence.
Beatrice made her way up the stairs shortly after Robin and his Hypno went to go secure Dr. Winchester. Dr. Winchester's room was the room closet to the staircase so Beatrice decided to 'subdue' any other civilians living within this house. According to information last gathered by Cipher members a woman was seen entering Dr. Winchester's residence sometime ago, but she was deemed unimportant to the operation. Beatrice wanted nothing more than to hurry up and finish the operation. She only prayed that Cipher Grunt Joseph didn't run into any trouble securing their escape route.
"I hate having to rely on a stranger to secure a vital asset to escaping though," Beatrice mumbled underneath her breath as she swung the first door open.

Notes: Yeahhhh, just wanted to set this up right so feel free to add anything. Feel free to control the NPCs as you wish and remember not to cause too much of a ruckus with your tussle with Beatrice~.
