it's the moment we're after
some clients are more picky than others. vincent's learned not to judge but to instead act as though everything is something he can tolerate, all in the name of business.
this one wants an in-person exchange, instead of something that can be hacked, so vincent indulges and catches a ride to the realgam tower. there's not a lot of people going here nowadays, but enough are still swayed by the casino and coliseum that there's plenty of traffic, foot and otherwise, to go around.
he's in the streets when he checks his watch. 14:02. he's eight minutes early. he's made pretty good time, and the information sits safely in the back of his head, so vincent shoves his hands in his pockets and does not lean against the grimy wall. (who knows where it's been? it's hypocritical of him to ask, though, so he doesn't.)
percival wanders off, and the man lets him. the mawile hasn't gotten into outright trouble recently, likes to make friends before he manipulates them into what he wants, and vincent figures it's encouraging good habits.
