[attr="class","rcon1"]Outgoing and laidback, Ricki makes friends rather easily for the most part. Anywhere she goes, she is able to click with at least one person in a crowd and that's good enough for her. No matter where a person stands in the grand scheme of things - poor, rich, grunt, leader - she prefers to judge them based on who they are rather than any sort of title they've been given. A person's history hardly matters to her as well, with Ricki always focused on what a person does in the present rather than what they've done in the past. She tries to avoid being judgmental and instead offers an open minded view on things that go on around her. Patient and helpful, even if someone fucks up in the now, Ricki is the first to step forward and help them correct any wrongs if they express a desire to better themselves.

She can be a bit nosy with that desire to help though, often times pushing herself into a situation she doesn't need to be involved in out of that desire to help. With her own mistakes in the past, she is one to speak rather bluntly when she sees friends making poor decisions and prefers to push them away from terrible temptations than let them learn from it. She means well, though, even if it can get annoying from time to time.

[attr="class","rcon1"]With her need to ensure those around her don't make bad decisions and her obvious good intentions, Ricki can really grind the gears of people who have less fucks to give than her. While she always means well, she can rub people the wrong way with her stubborn beliefs for what she believes is right or wrong. She is one to listen to reason or logic, but there are times she'll attempt to stop anything cold turkey the moment she feels it's wrong. Her nosy need to get involved with problems around her can also be rather irritating for the lone wolf types for sure.

There's also the fact Ricki might be patient, but that doesn't mean she's a doormat. The woman can get rather aggressive and crude when angered and Ricki isn't afraid to throw a punch when she deems it fit. She doesn't tolerate being belittled and often gets in trouble with authority figures that wave their title around as if it can excuse any shitty behavior. She can be blunt and rude when dealing with people she doesn't like. Maybe she'll try to save face and act properly, and if a person who has wronged her is trying to change their ways and be better, she will reluctantly treat them respectfully but it can take some time for her to warm back up to them.

[attr="class","rcon1"]Having experienced love and lost, the idea of dating is nothing new to the young Ricki Jace. With her first love having left her because of family issues, and her second one becoming an abusive asshole, she's learned that there's a lot of responsibility, trust, and proper communication needed in order to have a successful relationship. Though, while she's learned this, the ways her love life has gone has left her wary of the idea of becoming involved with anyone again. Even when the chance to rekindle her first love has been presented, she hesitates for the fear of feeling lost and alone again.

Though her end game lover has already been chosen, Ricki's friendly personality does also mean she isn't afraid to have flirty banter with almost anyone. She might be straight, but what's a little banter between friends? There's potential for one sided longing and crushes, and silly situations to play with before Ricki decides to once again try and follow her heart, again.

[attr="class","rcon1"]As a Grid Agent, Ricki doesn't really know all of her co-workers aside from Zernebog Romanov - who is her partner on the field. With Ricki having only just recently moved to Orre from Alola, she's still figuring out the region's layout, so other Grid Agents feel free to use that as an excuse to meet her. There's potential for fun Grid work to do so hmu.

[attr="class","rcon"]Her Grid Partner, and first love, these two go way back. When Zernebog came to Alola in search of his father, Ricki happily helped him get used to the region's unique terrain and eventually the two became something of an item. Almost inseparable, it was the honeymoon stage of a romance at it's finest when it started but became something far more as time went on. Ricki offered comfort and support for Zernebog as he struggled to deal with his his step-family, right up until his strained relationship with them would lead to Zernebog being forced to leave Alola to go back to living with his mother. It marked the end for Ricki and Zernebog's relationship - since the two were certain something long distanced would never work between them.

It's been several years since then, and both have clearly not forgotten the other. Now it's just a matter of figuring out what to do now that they're together again - as partners no less. While Ricki would love to pursue their relationship all over again, a sense of fear and hesitation always holds her back. Though she knows she deeply adores and craves Zernebog, she worries that a repeat of the past might strike and force her to lose him all over again.
