Other than being friends with all (most) pokemon like the disney prince he is, Ramiel would likely have some friends in the gladiators, close or passing, particularly the bestarius sect. He's a reserved sort who doesn't often have much to say, but will mean every word he utters. He doesn't have much in the way of friendship criteria, but someone who is a beast (lol) in the colisseum would be ideal, mostly so he can cheer them on from the sidelines and have someone to look up to in terms of battling for show, and not just against poachers.

Ramiel isn't interested in relationships beyond friendship with anyone. He gets rather wrapped up in his work, and is rather oblivious when it comes to flirting and romantic intentions.

The obvious. Cipher, Styx, poachers, traffickers, pokemon abusers, and corrupt gladiators. He would much prefer to talk people down and convince them to give him their pokeballs and turn themselves in, but he is (naturally) well-versed in combat involving both himself and pokemon. As much as he loves all pokemon, he will admit that ghost types give him the heebies.
